Syncronize

I use a laptop and a desktop, both of which connect to a
pop 3 e mail account. How can I connect my laptop and
desktop to make the two sets of mail folders identical.
Simply put I want to syncronize the .pst file but have
been unable to do so. I received one response asking me
to buy a product, "synchpst". I am not comforatbler with
this and did try and use it but can't seem to make it
work. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME.
