Sys Info does not work correctly with some Office XP apps

When I start System Info from Word or Outlook, it works correctly. When
started from any other Office XP Professional application it says that the
application has not been started.

I am running Windows XP Professional with SP2 and Office XP Professional
with all updates.

Do I need to do a repair install of Office from Add/Remove Programs or is
this just a bug?
