System tries to re-install SR-1

I am running Win2k with Office2k and Outlook2k

All have been upgraded to the most recent releases/fixes, including SR-3

I have had problems downloading the Inbox onto an Ipaq using ActiveSync
3.7.1.
One of the suggestions was to run to *.pst files "Test amd fix" option from
the OUtlook menu

When I try to run the the menu choice to test and fix the *.pst files, I get
a box stating that SR-1 will complete it's installation

What gives ?
