Tab & Arrow keys not working - when replying to email

I notice that my Tab and Arrow Keys do not fucntion when
I reply to any email. Does anyone know why? I'm using
Outlook 2002 and Windows XP professional (but same
probelm whilst using Windows NT too!)

To workaround this probelm, I have to Alt-Tab to another
window and then Alt-Tab back again!! Then it works
fine!!!

Please help.
