I recently set up a Data Access Page for our small office
LAN. We are using the page via web browser for input to
the database. I am having difficlty tabbing between
fields. Here is my conundrum:
In Design View of the Data Access Page I have set up the
tab order just like I want. While in Design View the
tabbing works perfectly tabbing from field to field just
as I set it up.
In Page View however, the tabbing does not work like it
does in Design View. The order of the tabbing between
fields does not occur as I set it up in Design View. The
order is different.
In the Web browser, however the problem is increasingly
worse. When I set the cursor at the first field and hit
tab it should tab to the second field but it doesn't.
Instead the tab goes up into the address bar and tabs
between those controls making it's way to the task bar
and eventually into the Data Access Page.
Does anyone have a clue how I could correct this? What
did I do wrong?
