Table Grid Lines

Don Bouchard

I created a table (5 columns, 7 rows) using MS Word (from MS Office Standard
Edition SP2, 2003) and I can't get rid of the grid lines outlining columns
and rows by clicking Hide Grid Lines in the TABLE menu. Is there any way to
eliminate the grid lines?

What you see are probably borders, not gridlines. To remove the
borders, click somewhere in the table, click on Table | Select | Table,
and click on Format | Borders and Shading | Borders tab | Setting: None
| OK.
