Table help.

Hello Group.

I have been trying to teach myself how to do something for the past couple
of days.

I have been able to create a simple 2 column 3 row table and insert a thumb
nail on its left.
but when I go to create another table and thumb nail - everything goes
crazy.

In short I would love to create a table that would let me insert new
pictures ( thumb nails ) as I get them
and have 3 rows and 2 columns to the thumb nails right.

ok.. what I did do and it helped was create a 25 row ( seems to be front
pages max ) 3 column table.
I can insert a picture (thumbnail) into the first columns , then split the
last 2 columns into 3 rows.
I tried to ad text on top of the table but was unable to. can you please
tell me how to do that.

Tom,
I don't know if someone answered your question, but I'm a beginner,
too...what I'd do is select your table that you have created (it will
gray out when you have it selected), under "Table" on the tool bar,
select "Add rows or columns", select "Above selection", enter 1 row (or
however many you want), hit enter. You'll have a table for your text.
