Table of Contents - Levels

I've marked Heading levels to Level 5 but when I generate the TOC it only includes up to Level 4.

Press Alt-F9 to display field codes. Within the TOC field you'll see the
level range, presumably "1-4" in your case. Change it to "1-5" then refresh
the field.
