Table/Window Sizing

Forgive me if my question seems a bit stupid, but I have
not been using FrontPage 98 much.

My question is this, if I am using tables to create a
page, how or what can I do to get the page/tables to
adjust automatically to fit different monitors sizes?

I have a couple of pages done now that were put together
using a 15" monitor and the page came out fine on the 15".
Now that I am viewing it on a 17", everything is off-
center and this is what I would like to be able to fix.

Create your tables as % width tables
- it's the pixel resolution of the user not the monitor size in inches
