Tables/Figures Numbering (Number-Letter)

Hi guys,

Does MSWord offer any possibility to create tables that have numbers like
this:

Table 1
Table 2a
Table 2b
Table 2c
Table 3
and so on...

.... and can then still be retrieved automatically in the "table of content"?

It's done with a combination of Captions and Table of Figures.
