Tables Problem

E

E. A. Dunlap

I am using Microsoft Word 97. In a table that I use
frequently, when I do a sort, it creates a page break.
This does not happen every time. Today, I was just
inserting a row. The first row added with no problem.
When I tried to insert a second row, the table created a
page break a few rows above the added row.

When I put the reveal characters on, it does not help. Do
you have any suggestions as to how to prevent this page
break from happening?

Thanks for any help.

Select the rows, go to Format | Paragraph, choose the Line and Page Breaks
tab, and make sure "Keep with next" is cleared.
