I have a couple questions on tags, ON2007. I'll just add that the current
online help for this software is very thin -- it doesn't go deeply enough
into some topics. Why are there options and features in the software that
can't be found in the help file (at least, I couldn't find anything on this
after several searches). Anyway ...
What is the difference in options to "dim" the tagged notes when creating a
summary page, it looks like it allows for non-duplication of tags when
creating the summary page, but I don't want to mess up my tags and do
something I can't undo. If I choose to "dim" the original tags, and create
a summary page, are the tags actually moved to the summary page? Can I
change a few tags, "undim" the rest, and put them all back into the original
note? what are some examples of using the different options effectively?
When I'm in the tags summary task pane, I can group tags by "date" and
search on "This week's notes" etc. that are time based. My question is, how
is "time" defined for the purpose of this filter? If I have a paragraph and
do nothing but tag it, the "last modified on" date of the paragraph doesn't
change. Does the tag have its own "hidden" timestamp?
Thanks
