Taking Profiles to another computer

I am running Windows XP and Office 2003 on my desktop. I have different
profiles set up, so that when I start Outlook, it asks me which profile
I want to use. I need to take those profiles, and all their data to my
laptop, which is also running Office 2003 on Windows XP

1. What are the names or extentions of the files I need to copy to the
Laptop?

2. Where in Windows XP/Office 2003 would they be located.
