Task Labels on Gantt chart disappear when printing

I have tasks listed that show up on my gantt chart, but when print previewed,
the labels and the tasks disappear on the lower portion of each printed page.
When the pages are printed, only the labels in the chart disappear toward
the bottom of any page printed, but the tasks print. How can I make the
labels on the chart print out.

Dana,
When you say the "labels" disappear I assume you are referring to text
information around the task bars. My first thought is that if some of
the text is below the Gantt bar, then yes it could be truncated for the
last task on a page. There are a couple of fixes for this. First, don't
put Gantt bar labels below the bar. Second, insert a manual page break
on the task line before the last task on that page. Granted neither
suggestion is optimal but it might just take care of the problem.

If you do not have text labels below the Gantt bars, then there might be
a problem with your print driver. Try a different printer or check for
updates for the print driver you are using.
