Task Names blank

When opening a project in MS Project 2007 from Project Center, the
task names on all but 6 of the tasks display as blank. If we view the
project from the browser with Project Center, then the task names
appear fine. This makes viewing and updating the project plan in
Project impossible.
Any ideas on what is causing this. It seems to be on just one project
right now.
