task notes

Hi,

I'm using Project2000 and e-mail system to communicate to team members.
As Project Manager, I did an 'Update Project' when I received a team
member's update on TeamStatus. The text message should appear in task
notes(highlighted as an icon under Indicators column on Gantt Chart. But I'm
not seeing it. Is there something else I should configure to make it work?
Or is this data stored somewhere else?
