taskpane font size

I am modifying the default font size for various settings
in Office 2003 and WINXP to allow for easy viewing for
presentation via a data projector. Toolbars, default
font, display settings...all no problem but...
The one area I cannot seem to find is how to modify the
default font size in the task pane for Word, Excel etc.
What am I missing?
