I've filled out the Task form for several tasks. How do I set taks up
so that a reminder pops up some time before the task is due?

You should just be able to check the Reminder box on the task form and
set a time interval. Have you tried this, and if so, are you having
trouble with it? Be specific when describing any problems you're
having, and please include your Outlook version.
