Team Calendar & Outlook 2003

I had Team Calendar working great with Outlook 2000 and
2002, but it doesn't seem to work with Outlook 2003. It
will show up when I put the homepage to c:\outlook
teamcal.html, but it is offline. How do I change this so
that it becomes online?
