Template for multiple project management and scheduling for excel.

I need to manage and scedule 15 - 20 people over 3-6 ongoing projects. The
biggest thing I need to do is create monthly schedules for 10 day shifts. I
have excel, word, access, publisher and outlook.

Does anyone know of a ready made template I could start with?
