Template formatting

When one of our users accesses a template on the network
and edits it she gets all sorts of funky stuff on the
document. If she enters any text into any of the text
fields then a box that says "Deleted" pops up and is put
in the right hand margin. I figured that it might not
print out that way and that it would be okay, but it does
print out with all of that on it. Is there any way to get
rid of this?

Her Track Changes are turned on (like she is reviewing a document to provide
comments). Have her turn it off (Tools, Track Changes), or double-click the
"TRK" at the bottom middle of her screen.

She'll also need to be sure to Accept All Changes in Document (click the
down arrow beside the Accept Change button on the Reviewing toolbar).
