template froze up when i tried to add bullets Help!!

USE OF INVOICE TEMPLATE

I TRIED TO USE THE TEMPLATE FOR INVOICE
WHEN I TRIED TO ADD BULLETS TO SEPARATE OUT EACH SERVICE RENDERED THE ENTIRE
COMPUTER FROZE UP AND I COULD NOT PROCEED
HAD TO CLOSE ENTIRELY AND THAT WASTED MY TIME.

WHAT TO DO? IS THE TEMPLATE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE HEADING FEATURES
