"Template Help" is not available

Does anyone know why the "Template Help" option in PowerPoint's task pane is
greyed out? Thanks.

I've never noticed that before. My guess is that you have to be in a
particular place in powerpoint, for the option 'template help' to be
relevant. What that place is I've no idea.

To enable
Tools>option>service options> online content (tick the obvious box)

It is ONLY available when you download certain templates from the microsoft
website (try some of the business ones)

Hope that solves the mystery (never found it much help BTW)
