template macro for spell check

I have seen the past posts on this subject and have tried (unsuccessfully) to use the macro listed. I can get the macro to work on my desktop, but I'm not sure what to do to allow all users to access the macro. Here's the story: I have created a Word template that I will place on our website for other users. I think one of the problems is that I don't know where to place the macro! There are too many options within the macro creation/set-up that I have no idea how to go about getting the darn thing to run for everyone. Is there a step-by-step on how to accomplish this?

Put the macro in your template or in a global template along with a menu
command to Spell-Check a protected form. You may want to assign the F7 key
to it as well.

By template, I assume you are referring a protected form.
