Whenever I try and close a Word document I keep getting an error message
which says 'This file is in use by another application or user' and when I
click 'OK' the 'Save As' dialogue box opens prompting me to save it as a .dot
Then when I canel that and try and close it again the message reads 'Changes
have been made that affect the global template, Normal. Do you want to save
those changes?'
How can I get this to stop happening?
I'm using Windows XP and Word 2003
