Templates for 2000

I have only been able to find Real Estate Templates for 2002 and 2003. Am I
missing something or does MS not provide templates for 2000?

Publisher 2000 is no longer "supported" for new template designs. If you
find a specific template online that you like that is in 2002/2003 format, I
will be happy to download it and convert it to 2000 for you.
