Templates for a shared calendar

I have created a template for a special kind of appointment, which I
would like everyone who shared the calendar to be able to use. It is
fine if someone is logged on under the name of the calendar, but if
they "View - Other users folder" I can't find how to make it accessible
to them to create a new appointment (other than the default kind)

If I give them the template and set it up properly on their PC, when
they use it & save the appointment, it goes into their own calendar NOT
the shared one.

How do I set up this template so that everyone can use it easily,
please?
Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks

Gill

If you publish the form to the calendar folder, it should appear on the folder's Actions menu.
