Templates not working

HELP!
I have been creating documents from templates I created. Today when I attempted to do File / New from the Word menu I am not getting my Template Window. What could be wrong?

When you say template menu, do mean the Task Pane? It's the menu on the right hand side of the screen that has several menus including Template selections. If its not showing up, you can go to TOOLS ---> OPTIONS ---> hit the VIEW tab, and then check the box startup task pane. This will give you your menu with template selections.
