text box margin defaults

Tom

We have a publisher 2002 document in which the text box
margins are all 0.00 inch. When we open new document, and
creat text box, the margins for that one are the
normal .04 inch on all sides. We tried changing the
margins in all the text boxes in the old doc back to .04,
but when it was re-opened this morning, the margins had
reverted back to 0.00 inch. In the Format Text box
dialog, the check box for Default for New Objects is
grayed out and cannot be checked. Any ideas how to make
the changes stick?

You are correct. I forgot..this is not a feature under the Styles and
Formatting menu, which Normal.pub is limited to.
