How do I group text boxes?

Select two text boxes, Ctrl-Shift-G.

To select multiple text boxes, you may need to follow this procedure:
You will need to select the text box itself, not the text within. To do
this, the easiest way is to go into the text so you get a flashing insertion
point |, and then click the hatched border around the text box. The
consistency of the border will change and the insertion point | will
disappear. One text box is now selected.
Now, hold Shift and click the edge guideline (the dotted line) around the
next text box.
Repeat ad lib.

The way I do is to select one box then hold down ctrl and click the other you
want to group, at the bottom of the gruop click the grouping box closed
