Text Boxes

Hi
I am trying to create, at the request of my boss, a master slide for use by
all employees. He wants it dummy proof so people can't mess with it and make
it their own.

I have put it together just fine, but now he wants me to lock the text size
itself and the text box size so that it doesn't auto resize if they put too
much text somewhere or whatever.

Can this be done? I am more interested in just locking the size of the box
and so when you put too much text in, it will disappear.

Suggestions?
