Whenever I use either the Excel 2007 "remove duplicates button" or go into
advanced filtered--unique records to remove duplicate names from a list data
this function never works properly.
It will delete only some of the duplicates but not all of them. As far as I
know all of the names (cells) are formated in the same way I never change the
formatting in them when I am entering the data.
I don't seem to have this problem when I am filtering a list of numbers.
Does anyone have any insight as to why Excel won't remove my text duplicates?
