text formatting changes during printing

I edit a monthly newsletter and have had the same problem on the last 2
issues on the same 2 text boxes within my publication. I even deleted and
recreated the ad and header in question this month, and had the exact same
problem.

Basically, text is shifting. Onscreen it looks right, and when I print it
from my home computer it looks fine. But at the commercial printer the same
text is either shifted or goes missing. Is this a problem with my document or
something going wrong at the printer?

It's the print driver. Couldn't you give him a .pdf instead of the .pub
file?
