Text & Graphics in Headers

When I place text and graphics in headers they print beautifully, but appear
washed out in Print Layout view on the computer. I would like our customers
to see the header information in full rich color when viewing our documents
from their computers. Is there a way to do this?

No. Not unless they view the documents in Print Preview. Word has always
been (and largely still is) an application for creating printed documents.

As Suzanne says, not in Word. Create PDFs and send those to your customers.
