Text size in Options window

I have a very strange error. When I go into the options menu under tools, the
text is larger than the borders of the window. I have tried changing DPI
settings, appearance settings and no luck.

Is there a way I can change the font settings within the options window? I
am running windows XP and Outlook 2003.
