Text wrapping!?

R

Ryan Cerney

I built a presentation on my home computer to be presented on a different
computer. I used the pack and go feature to put the presentation on cd.
When I play the presentation on a different computer, it wraps some of the
text to 2 lines even though it fits on one on my computer. Any ideas why?
Thanks!

The most likely explanation is that the other computer didn't have the
same font that you used on yours. PowerPoint substituted a different font
that has wider characters. For some fonts, you can embed the font in your
presentation to avoid this problem. Alternatively, you can use common
fonts that are more likely to be on all computers (Arial, Helvetica,
Times New Roman, etc.).
