I need some advise to use this program on production
in few word load work on a business day

Project is not a good fit for production scheduling. Essentially you can use
it, but you need to be a skilled user. If an unskilled user then comes along
to update something the chaos they can cause in 5 minutes will trash days of
your work. Look at proper production scheduling software, especially look at
any add on components to your finance/accounting software.
