Textures

In MS Publisher there is a fill testure called "water
droplets". Anyone know how or where or if I can get a
higher resolution version of that image?

These textures are usually used as backgrounds. You'll not find a hi-res example.
There are some very good hi-res images here with water droplets. Look around, they
are wonderful images.
