The Buget -Labor is not calculating

I added Buget-Labor to the Resource sheet and selected budget and can work
for the type. I then assigned the Budget labor to the project summary task.
When I went to review the Resource usage to view the budget, it was zero.
I followed the microsoft creating a buget guide step by step. I have a
resource (non Budget) setup with a hourly cost (work) that totals over 5000
dollars so there is data for a projection. What am I missing?

Step 3 of the instructions for creating a budget resource gives
details on adding values for the budget resource. Did you add the
budget work values? You may want to take another look at the
directions and make sure you didn't miss a step.
