The debugger is missing

Microsoft Script Editior does not have a debugger in my installation of
FrontPage. It is suppose to be available as a menu item under Debug. It's
not there. Anyone know where I can find it?

No. That option is not one of the selections in the Debug menu or anywhere
else I can find.
