The Disk is Full Trying to Write

One of my users has a Publisher document that they are
trying to save. When clicking "File/Save As" they cannot
save to either their local drive or a network drive. They
get an error message "The disk is full trying to write...."

If I right click on the document's icon, choose copy, I
can then paste the document to either the local drive or
the network drive.

Windows 2000 SP4.

Any suggestions on how to remedy this?
