The file in the workspace cannot launch

The C: drive where grove was installed is running out of space as the
groovebinaryfilestore is growing. The problem that we have now is that after
moving the folder C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application data\Groove
Networks\groove\Permanent\groovebinaryfilestore to D: , the user can no
longer open the files on the workspace. When he clicks on the file he will
get the error "The file cannot be launch"

So we put the folder back to its original location and the problem persists.

The location is where Groove workspace data stored, please do not move the
folder to any other location. Try to uninstall other software or deleting
some useless files on C drive to release disk space.

The user already moved the files and tried to return the files when she
noticed she cannot open the files in her workspace. So is there any way to
re-synchronize again the data to solve the problem? how to solve the problem
in this scenario?
