Everytime after I close down Outlook 2003, I get the following notice:
"The file normal.dot already exists. Do you want to replace the existing
file?"
When I press "NO," I get the save as dialog box.
When I press "Cancel," Word starts. When I close it, I get the same message.
When I press "Yes," it prompts me and asks if it is ok to overwrite the one
currently in that folder.
Why is this? And, how can I stop this from happening?
