The "From" line in e-mail

When I send an e-mail using Outlook, the From line only
displays my first name, making it look like spam to my
friends. How can I change this?

Click Tools>Accounts and find the mail account you're referring to. Select
the mail account and Properties. The name field is what is displayed when
you send an email, edit as you see fit..
