the macros in this project are disabled . . . .

I am new to Office 2003 and new to Outlook in general. I'm reasonably used
to creating code for word. However when I create a subroutine for Outlook
and try to run it I get the message "The macros in this project are
disabled. Please refer . . . . . " The help in outloook on this is
completely useless to me. I've hunted around on line and can't find anything
that solves this. Can anyone help me here?

Thanks,

Keith

Thanks. I also realized I could add my digital signature to the outlook
project.
