The number must be between 1 and 600

Hello,
I have a user who received a word document (They're running 2002 vers., I
believe the sender is using the same. Also, both using OS Windows 2000 Pro).
When I try and remove the double underscoring by going into the Format/Font
area, I get the error message "The number must be between 1 and 600". They
have tried increasing/decreasing the margins, with the same error popping up
when they try and change the underscoring in the fonts area. Any ideas?
Also, if they are different versions of word, would this cause the error?
Thanks in advance for your help.

I would say that somewhere in your select there is text with a font
size under 1 point. Your best bet is to select the text and press
<Ctrl Space> to reset the character formats.

Of course if there is a lot of formatting you do not want to lose you
can reset the character formats for all of your text first and see if
the error occurs. If it doesn't then Undo your changes and narrow down
the problem to the specific page. Then narrow it down to the
paragraph, etc.

Thanks for your help Beth. The user believes the sendee has a different
version of Word which may have something to do with the problem.
