The Office Assistant can not be started.

When any Office 2000 product is opened, this error message appears. It says
to please repair by running Office 2000 setup and selecting "Repair Office
2000." This does not work. It may correct the problem for one time, but the
error message reappears every time I open Word, Access, Excel, or Power Point.
