I created some web pages using Word 2002. In this case, I want users to be
able to save some of the pictures from the webpages. Unfortunately, the
option is not available to them when they right click. How can I enable the
page to allow the pictures to be saved? Is disabling the save as fucntion an
automatic function when creating Word web pages?

Are you concluding this from the document as worked with in Word, or is this
still true when you have published the page to the Web and are viewing it in
a browser?

This seems to occur only in those pages that I create with Word 2002. I had
heard that some previous versions of Word had some strange things happen
because of VML but I don't think that applies to my version. Once the page is
created and saved in Word, the save as function does not appear when right
clicking the image. To simplify: It does not work either on my PC or after
being published.

Hi Jack,

It's actually a Word 'feature'. Save your file
as a .doc file first to use as your master later,
then save your web document using
File=>Save As WebPage-Filtered

======
Here is an example of a web page where I am experiencing this issue
http://www.jackmion.com/Awards/A2.htm . It only is occuring in the pages
created with Word. For whatever reason, there is no "Save As" option when
right clicking on an image.>>
