Theme not getting fully applied on web site

Most of the theme is getting applied but the link colors
are different on the web site than on FP on my computer.
It's also different between the "normal" view
and "preview" in FP. what am I doing wrong?

1) Is your IE set to override the link colors
2) Does your html body tag have link colors set (overriding the theme)
