I get this error when I open any Office application:
"This application must be installed to run. Please run Setup from the
location where you originally installed the application"
Office 2000 Prem Edition running on Win XP Pro SP1. I have re-installed
Office several times now with no luck.
There is 1 user using the PC. The user has admin rights on the PC.

Any ideas what is causing this?
